Find out where your messages are stored, and learn to copy or move them to another location—on your own computer or even on someone else's.

You see messages in Outlook on your own computer. But, are they actually on your computer or are they somewhere else?

  1. Find an image on the Internet at the NASA page: http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/imagegallery/index.html

  2. Save the image to your student drive [right click on the image and click 'save picture as']

  3. SENDING PHOTO FROM THE PAGE: Right click on the photo and 'E-Mail' picture - click in the box that reads "make all my pictures smaller" and send to five contacts - be sure to put something in the subject, such as my "moon picture" - when the 'Select Names' dialogue box appears go to the 'Show names from the: box and scroll down to "contacts" and send it.

  4. SENDING PHOTO AS AN ATTACHMENT: be sure to click the "regular attachments' and under Picture Options 'select picture size > select small (448 x 336 px)
